We stand behind every can. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
New to Area 51 and not feeling it? We get it, taste is personal. If you're a first-time customer and you don't love your first order, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund it. One guarantee claim per customer, and you don't need to ship anything back. Just reach out and tell us what didn't work for you (the feedback genuinely helps us dial in the formula).
Returns
Because we sell a consumable product, we can't accept physical returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons. Please don't ship cans back to us. If there's a problem with your order, the options below cover you without any need to return product.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund it, your choice. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it fast. Damaged and incorrect orders are always on us, including any reshipping.
Subscriptions
You can cancel or pause your Subscribe & Save plan anytime from your account before your next renewal date. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, that order isn't refundable (same consumable reason as above), but your first subscription order is covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee just like any first order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us and we'll help track it down or file a claim with the carrier. We want you drinking what you paid for.
