Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet. (We're working on the rest of the planet.)
Free Shipping
Orders over $100 ship free, automatically, no code needed. Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, since once a package leaves our hands it's in the carrier's.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with tracking. Check the link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest status. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your order, contact us at info@drinkarea51.com and we'll help track it down.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we've got you, see our Refund & Satisfaction Policy for how we handle replacements and refunds. Report any issues within 14 days of the delivery date with a photo if it's damage related.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we'll always do our best to help.
